Terms of Use
Last updated October 26, 2026. Please read these terms before using LiveArcadeHub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
LiveArcadeHub provides games and tools that react to activity on TikTok LIVE streams, including the LiveArcadeHub app (in the browser and for Windows), stream overlays and public pages such as the LIVE directory and leaderboards. The service is in beta, so features, limits and prices may change.
2. Who can use it
You must be old enough to use TikTok LIVE features in your country and able to agree to these terms. If you use LiveArcadeHub for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
Use accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. Email accounts need to be confirmed. You are responsible for activity on your account and on streams that use it. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
4. Arcade Pass and payments
Arcade Pass is a subscription that renews every month, every 3 months or every 6 months, as you choose at checkout. A Day Pass is a single payment for 24 hours of Arcade Pass and never renews. Payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription renews until you cancel from your account, and stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future periods, with notice. Access keys add access to the account that redeems them and cannot be exchanged for money. Your access starts as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for this and agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the access starts, so payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to sounds, GIFs and other files you upload. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to run your games and overlays. Only upload content you have the right to use.
6. Fair use
Do not harm others, break the law or TikTok's rules, try to manipulate leaderboards or totals, disrupt or reverse engineer our systems, or access someone else's account. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
7. TikTok
LiveArcadeHub works with TikTok LIVE but is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok Ltd. Your use of TikTok, including gifts and rewards, is governed by TikTok's own terms.
8. Our content
Our games, artwork, characters, software and brand belong to LiveArcadeHub. You may show our games on your streams while you use the service. You may not copy, download outside the app, extract, decompile, change, share, host or resell our games or their files, or play them through anything other than LiveArcadeHub. Each copy of a game is marked with the account it was given to, so a copy found elsewhere can be traced; we may close that account and ask for the copy to be removed.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep LiveArcadeHub running and your settings safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will let you know before it applies.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using LiveArcadeHub and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may end access for accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost gifts, earnings or audience, caused by interruptions or errors.
