Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Summary
We collect what we need to run your account and your games. We do not sell your data. Public pages never show viewer names.
2. Account data
For email accounts: your display name, email address and a password hash. For Google sign-in: an account identifier and basic profile details from Google. We also keep sign-in sessions and security records to protect your account.
3. Game and studio data
Your game settings, gift rules, uploaded sounds and GIFs, game progress and feedback you send us.
4. TikTok LIVE data
When you connect a TikTok LIVE, we receive the events needed to run your game: gifts, likes, comments and viewer counts, and the TikTok names of viewers who trigger effects so the game can show them on your stream. We use real gifts, likes and comments to show public totals and leaderboards. Public pages show creator names and gift totals, never viewer names. You can hide your stream from public pages in your account settings.
5. Payments
Arcade Pass payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and subscription status, never your full card details.
6. Cookies and storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. On livearcadehub.com we set a small signed-in hint that contains no personal data and only tells our pages to load your account. Optional anonymous page statistics are kept for up to 90 days.
7. Services we use
Google for Google sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile to check sign-in attempts, an email provider for account emails and Stripe for payments. Each one processes only what it needs for its task.
8. How long we keep data
Account data stays while your account is active. Studio event logs are deleted after 31 days. Gift records are kept to calculate leaderboards and your stream history; the TikTok names and pictures of the viewers who sent them are removed after 90 days, and public totals contain no personal data. Anonymous page statistics are deleted after 90 days.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to some uses of it. Reset your password and change visibility settings from your account, or contact us through the Support form for anything else.
10. Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels Arcade Pass and removes your profile, settings, media, LIVE data and feedback. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as the law requires, and backups expire on their normal schedule.
