Sign-in or Google does not finish
Retry from the full login page, confirm cookies are allowed for LiveArcadeHub and return through the same browser. If the session still does not persist, include the exact error text.
OPEN LOGIN →Web App does not load
Confirm you are signed in, reload once, then check whether the page reports a catalog, feature-flag or account-service error. Do not repeatedly open new tabs while testing.
OPEN WEB APP →Stuck on WAITING_LIVE
Verify the creator username, confirm the TikTok LIVE is actually active and keep the Web Arena session alive. The connector retries automatically.
LIVE GUIDE →Browser Source is blank
Confirm the overlay scene was saved, the Browser Source key is still valid and the streaming software is using the exact URL. If the key was exposed, revoke and regenerate it.
OVERLAY GUIDE →Download or install problem
Confirm that the Download page resolves the latest installer, then include the displayed version and error when contacting support.
CHECK STATUS →Checkout or billing problem
Open Play Pass from your account. If Stripe checkout or the billing portal fails, include the time and error message without sending card details.
